Dragonball
Poor reviews, trailer looks bad. Those combined usually means a bad movie. I loved the Dragonball Z show, but I think this is the type of thing destined to be watched one lazy afternoon at home.

Now this is really interesting.
The movie is at 51% at Rottentomatoes.

Writer-director Jody Hill (and Danny McBride) got a lot of career traction out of The Foot Fist Way, Hill’s prior film which was a strangely dark variation on the Will Ferrell self-absorbed moron formula (Talladega Nights, Semi-Pro, Blades of Glory).
I think it’s fair to say if you see this you’re going to get something different, but if you are sensitive to darker material you probably want to stay away.
(Interesting sidenote: If you watch the interview with Jody Hill and Seth Rogen on Variety link Jody seems like the nicest dude ever–his movies are a bit darker).
